Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

  • General areas and guest rooms are regularly disinfected. General areas are cleaned every 2 hours.
  • TSI (Turkish Standards Institution) certified hand disinfectant products are available in all guest areas.
  • In order to minimize the personal contact, social distance signs and warnings are placed in all necessaryareas of our hotels.
  • The air conditioning plants' filters of our hotel are cleaned regularly in accordance with the standards. The air conditioning plants in the guest rooms and meeting rooms can work with 100% outdoor air.
  • Preventive maintenance of all installations and equipments are carried out periodically by experts trained in hygiene.
  • Daily room cleaning can only be provided upon our guests' request.
  • We kindly ask our guests to use mask in all general areas and also provide it upon request.
  • Reused products such as pen and room key are disinfected after each use.
  • All of our employees completed all necessary trainings regarding COVID-19 and other hygiene practices. All of our employees provide service with protective clothing and essential equipments.
  • Health checks of our employees are carried out regularly. Upon their arrival, all of our employees' and guests' temperatures are taken and staff information is recorded.
  • A quarantine room has been prepared for our guests due to any suspected case of COVID-19. These guests will be taken to the quarantine room for health check. All services (such as clean towels, sheets, food and beverage services etc.) for the quarantine room will be provided without any contact.
  • Our outdoor pool continue to operate within the precautions taken.
  • Our Massage and Fitness services continue to operate within the precautions taken.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Rooms

  • Our guest rooms are re-ventilated and disinfected for 12 hours before the next arrival.
  • Special attention is paid to the most contacted areas' disinfection Frequently contacted areas such as door handles, cabinets, slide robs, remote control, light switches, air conditioning panel and lift buttons are disinfected through paying strict attention.
  • Decorative elements such as vases, throw pillows and magazines have been removed from the rooms.
  • Our minibar service continues.

Contactless Transaction & Check-In / Check-Out Processes

  • Online check-in and check-out processes can be completed via Marriott Bonvoy mobile application. Furthermore, your requests can be delivered to our Guest Relations Department 24/7 with just one click by using "Mobile Chat" section of the same application.

Additional Services:

  • Our guests' contact information and travel history for the past 14 days are recorded.
  • Valet parking and luggage services can only be provided upon our guests' request.
  • Our teleconference room is now open for our guests.
  • Room service will be provided without entering the guest room by keeping social distance and they will be collected in the same way.
  • Upon our guests' request our food and beverage services can be provided with disposable cutlery.
  • Considering social distancing rules, all of our meeting rooms and restaurants have been reorganized through reducing their capacities by 50%, maintaining 1.5 m distance between the tables and 60 cm between the chairs.
  • Disposable pack products are used for salt, pepper and sugar.

Restaurant:

  • Restaurant and room service menus can be viewed through scanning QR code. Printed menus can also be provided upon our guests' request.
  • We kindly remind our guests to use masks in all the restaurant areas and also provide it upon request.
  • Hand disinfectant products are available at the restaurant entrances and on the guest tables.
  • Our restaurants and service areas are ventilated and disinfected every 1 hour.
  • Our tables are kept unoccupied for 45 minutes and disinfected with appropriate hygiene products before offering to our guests. Sterile tablecloths, tablewares, glasses, disposable salt and pepper are placed back on the tables.
  • All printed materials, newspapers and magazines have been removed from the restaurants and service areas.
  • Water dispensers and tea-coffee machines in the general areas have been removed. Upon our guests' request, water, tea and coffee are served by our staff who wears protective clothing.
  • Boxed and bottled soft drinks are served along with wrapped straws.
  • Contactless payment method is available at our restaurants.
  • Room service will be provided without entering the guest room by keeping social distance and they will be collected in the same way.
