In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators and provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. Guests can accept or decline Housekeeping Service at the time of booking both on Marriott.com and on the Marriott Bonvoy App. The default option will be to accept daily Housekeeping Services, if the guest should chose to decline they will have to choose this option. If a guest chooses not to have Housekeeping service during their stay, a full Housekeeping Service will be done automatically on the 3rd day.
You can contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or stop by the front desk. All housekeeping will be conducted while you are away from the room where possible. All TV remote controls are covered with a fresh plastic upon arrival and a disinfectant wipe is provided.
Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Pool: Our pool facilities are open.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
