At the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre, a high standard of cleanliness is in our DNA. With Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we've redefined our cleaning and safety standards to welcome you back for a safe and healthy stay.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators.

Hand sanitization stations throughout the hotel including entrances, front desks, elevator banks, fitness centre and meeting spaces.

In-room coffee makers are not currently available.
For your personal use, face masks and disinfecting wipes are available for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Fitness Center: Open.  
  • Indoor Pool: Open.  
  • Pantry: Open
  • Valet Service: Not available at this time
  • Airport Transportation: Complimentary shuttle runs on a 30 minute rotation from 6AM - 12:00AM.  Pick ups at the airport between 12AM and 6AM can be arranged by calling the hotel at 416-675-6100.

Pantry: Our pantry is open for grab & go snacks and beverages.

  • Our onsite Audio Visual company, Encore Canada can provide live-streaming support to facilitate hybrid meetings with virtual attendees.
