Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please note that there are no longer a legal mask requirement or other Covid related restrictions in Switzerland. We nevertheless maintain our increased cleaning efforts, provide masks, disinfectants and dispensers and recommend that you keep your distance.

Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary personal contact:

  • To reduce unnecessary personal contact we offer contactless options such as mobile check-in/check-out and mobile key via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We continue the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators and escalators. Further, we provide hand sanitizing stations within the public spaces.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide daily housekeeping cleaning services while you are away from the room.
  • Fitness Center: Gym area open 24/7
  • Sauna & Massage: upon request
  • Valet Parking: upon request
  • M Club: Open daily 24/7
  • Mobile Dining: available

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.
