Tuesday + Thursdays

6:30AM | RunWESTIN running concierges lead guided group runs every Tuesday and Thursday (weather permitting) from our lobby. In the colder winter months, take an immersive indoor cycling experience on one of our Peloton Exercise Bikes or our treadmills.

6:30AM | Weekly “Wellness Wednesday” activity
Typical offerings include yoga, kick-boxing and healthy food demonstrations.

Barry’s Bootcamp

Experience the original high-intensity workout from Barry’s Bootcamp. Conveniently located on the ground floor and accessed by a separate entrance, Barry’s original classes combine 25 minutes of cardiovascular work on the treadmill with 25 minutes of strength training on the floor targeting a different muscle group daily.  Classes can be purchased by contacting the Concierge or setting up an account at Barry’s Bootcamp.
