Willow Pavilion

Our unique Willow Pavilion—a spacious glass-enclosed plaza surrounded by lush gardens and enhanced by a large central skylight—sets an impressive stage for a cocktail reception for up to 288 guests. The adjoining bridal suite with private bathroom transform this bright, magical setting into a romantic retreat.

Pecan Ballroom

Our largest venue, The Pecan Ballroom is located on the 32nd floor. Bask in the sweeping city views from several walls of windows. The massive space may be divided into two smaller venues to accommodate a range of events—from grand galas of up to 336 guests to more intimate business functions or social gatherings.

Bluebonnet Ballroom

Feel inspired by The Bluebonnet Ballroom’s historical features, large windows, high ceilings, and handcrafted metal ribbon sculpture suspended from ceiling. Host a gracious black tie dinner for up to 208 guests or divide the space into three separate rooms for smaller meetings or a working lunch. The adjacent foyer hosts exhibits, pre-dinner cocktails, or breakout sessions perfectly.

Foxglove Executive Boardroom

Ensure the success of your meeting in the polished Foxglove Executive Boardroom with its sweeping city views and abundant natural light. Rely on the built-in audiovisual equipment while gathered at the large boardroom table for 24.

Small Meetings

Our smaller meeting venues are perfect for intimate gatherings and receptions. Two Boardrooms are located on the 32nd floor and feature panoramic views of downtown Dallas.
