Excellent location whether for business or vacation
Centrally located to either the East or South Bay, easy access off and onto 880 Freeway. Quiet and ample parking. Friendly and efficient staff. I stay at this location for both business and pleasure.

My go to hotel in Southbay
Love location and proximity to food choices, freeway, lots of complimentary parking which isn't the case at many other hotels. Rate is good, but a little further drive. A staff that always greats you with a smile and when you stay there a lot like me quickly learn your wants and meets them before you need to even ask. Rooms could be more modern and bright but the value can't be beat as well as the feeling of home away from home.

Expensive area, positive overall experience
This hotel may have the friendliest group of employees of any hotel!
So many have an Excellent ability to reach out And kept it warm in a very business world.

Excellent Staff
Very clean and welcoming hotel. Staff was friendly, attentive and responsive to my needs. Only knock was a noisy tenant in the room next door. As I only stayed the one night, I didn't report it, so that was hardly the Marriott's fault -- I like the location, staff, amenities, great dining area and it works out great for conferences and meetings.

No microwave long wait
If you're traveling to the northern California region with kids this hotel is not one you should stay at. There was no microwave for us to warm up any type of food for the kids. None of their food at the restaurant was appealing to our children. We called the guest room services many times and we're hung up on. I have to find housekeeping myself to get the necessary things for my room. Ice machine was broken. The room was extremely cold on arrival. The mattresses are very very soft for someone with back problems it would pose problems. I do not recommend this hotel for my stay was unpleasant.
