The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members can wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival and daily housekeeping service is available (please notify the reception agent upon arrival if you do not wish to have daily housekeeping service).

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations. Currently, the city of Chicago does not have any restrictions.

  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours daily
  • Club Lounge: Open Sunday through Friday. Hours of operation provided upon arrival.
  • Room Service: Not available at this time
  • 320 RiverBar is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please visit https://www.320riverbar.com/ for more information.
  • Rise Café is open daily from 6AM to 12PM for grab and go breakfast with both indoor and outdoor seating.
  • 320 Bar is open Monday through Saturday from 3PM until 11PM for cocktails and offers both indoor and outdoor seating.
  • Snacks and beverages are available for purchase in the sundry shop when grab and go service is not available
