Executive Chef Spencer Patrick
Originally hailing from the U.K., Executive Chef Spencer Patrick trained and worked in the kitchens of Marco Pierre White. During his time with White he was part of the brigade to bring three star Michelin glory to the infamous chef. Spencer then went on to be Head Chef of three of White’s venues and he accomplished his own Michelin Star at the Cafe Royal Grill Room at 27, the youngest chef at that time to achieve the accolade.
