The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit is excited to welcome Sullivan's Steakhouse. Known for its hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, and signature cocktails, Sullivan's brings a new dining experience to the hotel. The restaurant will be located on our first floor, across from Starbucks Reserve. Slated to welcome guests in mid-2023, the restaurant will introduce a new outdoor patio space for guests to enjoy.
