Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits. Seating capacities reductions in meeting rooms and our outlets in compliance with local and state mandates. Partitions installed at front desk. Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app or via house phone.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the property and in our guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, Lobby areas, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings in all public areas.

Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • Guests can request contactless room service delivery
  • Disinfectant wipes are available for every arriving guest upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Pelikan Bar:
Open Tuesday to Thursday from 07:00 PM - 01:00 PM and Friday to Saturday from 06:00 PM to 02:00 PM.

A selection of food is offered from Tuesday to Thursday from 07:00 PM - 10:30 PM and Friday to Saturday from 06:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

5th Avenue Restaurant:
Open for breakfast from on Monday - Friday from 06:30 AM - 10.30 AM and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

The Quick Business Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 12:00 PM - 02:00 PM; closed for dinner until further notice. Food options are still available via Roomservice or in our Pelikan Bar.

Room Service:
A selected Menu is available for breakfast from 06:30 AM - 11:00 AM, dinner from 04:00 PM - 10:30 PM and during the night from 10:30 PM - 06:00 AM.

Drinks can be ordered 24/7.

Fitness Center:
The Physical Park Hannover - our partner Fitness studio next door is open for all hotel guests under the accruing regulations.

Sheraton Club Lounge:
Open from Monday to Sunday, 06:00 AM - 11:00 PM. Dinner will be served from 06:00 PM - 09:30 PM and alcoholic drinks are available from 06:00 PM - 10:30 PM.

Pelikan Bar:

Open Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00 PM - 01:00 AM; Friday to Saturday: 6:00 PM - 02:00 AM; Sunday & Monday: closed.

A selection of food is offered from Tuesday to Thursday from 07:00 PM - 10:30 PM and Friday to Saturday from 06:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

5th Avenue Restaurant:

Open for breakfast from on Monday - Friday from 06:30 AM - 10.30 AM and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

The Quick Business Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 12:00 PM - 02:00 PM; closed for dinner until further notice. Food options are available via Room Service or in our Pelikan Bar.
