Did you know that Courtyard Melbourne Flagstaff Gardens now offers fresh, healthy breakfasts, snacks, and lunch boxes as well as a range of grazing boards and platters? Individual Boxes starting from $12, platters starting from $35, grazing boards starting from $45. Delivering fresh to your door, 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) across Melbourne CBD (3000), Docklands (3006) and West Melbourne (3003). Cut off time for orders at 3pm and requires 48 Hours prior notice.
Rooftop Event Venue
With panoramic views of Melbourne's city skyline, our Rooftop event venue is an amazing urban sanctuary. Our contemporary flair can be mixed with lush greenery (at an additional charge) and includes a huge open space for circulating canapes framed by a spectacular view. Directional sound ceiling, smoking deck and BBQ can be arranged and set the stage for an successful event sure to impress and inspire. Our outdoor rooftop venue can accommodate up to 100 people.

Flagstaff Meeting Room
Our Flagstaff Room is a flexible space that can be divided into multiple combinations. It can serve as one large venue for up to 185 people (reception/stand up function) or can be split into three to four individual meeting spaces. It can be transformed into a formal meeting room or a space for social events. Flagstaff Meeting Room features an abundance of natural light.
Pre-Function Area
Our modern, functional and adaptable meeting and event spaces are located on Level 1 equipped with up-to-date meeting and hybrid technology. A separate pre-function area is available too, ideal for coffee breaks, afternoon refreshment breaks, and social or cocktail hours before general sessions. Our on-site event planning and catering team will accommodate guests needs and deliver successful events.

Located at Batman Street in West Melbourne, business guests have the option of booking larger and/or themed events at the nearby multi-purpose sports and entertainment venue Marvel Stadium, or arrange a tram ride to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Melbourne Cricket Ground, or the Melbourne and Olympic Parks. On the leisure front, our hotel is close to the Queen Victoria Market and a short stroll to Flagstaff Train Station and on the 'free city circle tram zone'.
