A New Era in Art Begins Here

Explore bold new visions when you enter our newly renovated space, which has been transformed and is now showcasing a curated art collection by local artist Becky Fos. Located on the first level of the hotel, right off the lobby, it is open for guests to wander through during their stay. The 740 square foot space is also used for private events, which can be arranged with our hotel team. This new satellite gallery will serve as a vibrant extension of Fos’ main gallery, showcasing her signature style – an explosion of color, texture, and whimsy that captures the spirit of the Crescent City and beyond. Becky Fos has become a household name in the contemporary art scene, known for her bold and joyful use of color, transforming everyday subjects into captivating visual experiences. The Gallery will feature an exclusive selection of her works, including original paintings, limited-edition prints, and new collections inspired by the energy and culture of New Orleans.

      Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
      Theater
      Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
      Reception
      Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
      Schoolroom or Classroom
      The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
      Ovals and Rounds
      Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
