Signages throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and configuration of seating in our restaurant and meeting room in compliance with local and state mandates.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, lobby and F&B outlets.
  • Providing hand sanitizing stations in public area and meeting rooms.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the type of activity they are performing, following the directions given by the local authorities. Guests are encouraged to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: Utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Literatures including magazines, books have been removed from rooms. Disinfectant wipe is available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival. If guest wish to receive less or additional housekeeping service, our At Your Service team will be happy to schedule it according to guests' preferences.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Fitness Center: 6am - 11pm (24-hour access for in-house guests)
  • Spa: 2pm - 10pm
  • Swimming pool: closed until further notice

Our restaurant team abides state and local guidelines, including the use of face masks and gloves and temperature checks upon entry into workplace. Temperature check will also be performed for all guests entering restaurants and meeting rooms. It is strongly recommend to make an advance booking to use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments to minimize risks. All of our venues spaces have been adapted to comply with the local law and currently are limited to 75% total capacity and 1 meter between tables.

  • M Cafe: Open, 6.30am -11pm
  • Room Service: 24 hours
  • River Bar: 2pm - 12am
