Rooms + Suites
Inspired by the circus and old-time menageries, the 303 bold, playful bedrooms at Moxy Lower East Side are spirited havens designed with symmetrical shapes, bright hues, and clever space-saving solutions. Rooms range from 165-195 sq. ft. and include Kings, Executive Kings, Double Doubles, and Quads. In the bedrooms, an ingenious peg system integrates hanging space with a mirror, TV, and folding desk. Additional storage is beneath the bed. Custom poufs adapt to different uses; overhead pendant lights arch over the bed(s) and reading lights are mounted above the nightstand. Smart TVs include free access to streaming apps. Executive Kings add a wall-mounted desk and full-size chair. Bathrooms feature rain showers in colored glass, terrazzo floors, lava stone sinks, provocative art, and a mirror lined with Hollywood-style makeup bulbs — the perfect spot to get ready for action.
The Suite Life
The Factory Loft, a 546-square-foot hospitality suite, is the ultimate spot for parties, events, meetings, and social gatherings! Named for Andy Warhol’s legendary Factory studio, the suite consists of a double-height, open-plan living space with two adjoining King bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a stunning outdoor terrace with views of NYC. Rose- and bronze-tinted accent mirrors line the walls, and a gigantic floral mural depicts cheeky LES denizens posing among the flowers.
Inspired by the pleasure gardens and entertainment palaces that populated the Bowery in centuries past, Moxy Lower East Side’s five dining and drinking establishments, developed by Tao Group Hospitality, offer a multitude of vibes—all under one roof.
With over 13,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, Moxy Lower East Side is downtown’s most coveted destination for events, social gatherings, and meetings. In-house catering, event planners, and state-of-the-art audio-visual services are available upon request.
Learn MoreThoughtfully curated cultural and wellness programming integrates Moxy Lower East Side into the broader community, introducing guests and locals to the neighborhood’s creators, tastemakers, and independent businesses, such as a candy stand curated by LES institution Economy Candy (5¢ per piece — just like the good old days!) and a custom vending machine offering erotic toys from Babeland. Programming includes DJ and live music performances, art installations, fashion pop-ups, and more. Check out our events calendar for more fun and free events!
