Chef Ricky Gross

Chef Ricky is the executive chef that oversees both Sabroso + Sorbo and the banquet and group culinary offerings. Chef Ricky has worked in world class restaurants and hotels for over 30 years, bringing his passion and love for the culinary arts to guests at the Notary Hotel. Over his career, Chef Ricky has received many accolades, including being selected for multiple Pennsylvania Iron Chef competitions.
