In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Housekeeping Service: 

  • Regularly scheduled stayover cleaning is currently suspended. To request a refresh of in-room amenities, such as towels or coffee, please contact the Front Desk.
  • If you have trash to be picked up, please leave your trash can outside your door prior to 9:00 am and our staff will retrieve and leave you a new liner with your trash can.
  • If at any time a staff member is requested or required to enter your guestroom for maintenance issues, we will require all guests to vacate the room for a minimum of one hour prior to service.
  • For extended stay guests, our housekeeping department will arrange for a scheduled refresh service for your room.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open 24 hours with guest room key
Spa: Artné Spa is open

  • Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Thursday & Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Sunday & Monday by appointment only

 

Parking: Self-parking at nearby Gateway Garage is available; Valet service is available 7 days a week from 6:00AM to 11:00PM

Congress Squared Restaurant:

  • Serving breakfast daily from 7:00-11:00 am
  • Indoor dining & takeout available

Top of the East Lounge:

  • Sunday & Tuesday - Thursday 4:00-10:00 pm
  • Friday & Saturday 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
  • Maximum capacity of 75 guests

Eastland Market at The Westin (Lobby)

  • Open 24 hours with a selection of local Maine-made snacks, sandwiches, salads, beer and wine (alcohol sales end at 1:00 am daily)

In-Room Dining

  • Contactless delivery available daily from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm
