The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

In-order to foster social distancing and enhance contactless experiences we have implemented the following measures:

  • Mobile check-in
  • There is no valet service currently available for parking.
  • Sanitizing stations throughout hotel.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including bathrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Disinfectant Wipes: We can provide disinfectant wipes upon request.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: All room amenities and linen will be taken out of every room on departure and replaced.

HEALTH CLUB OPENING TIMES AND TIME SLOT PROTOCOL

  • Our spa, swimming pool and gym is open between 6.00am - 10.00pm daily.
  • Adult Only entry sessions from 11.00am to 2.00pm and after 7.00pm every day, including Bank Holidays. To swim or gain entry during the Adult Only sessions you must be a minimum age of 16 years old.
  • Small security lockers for small personal items such as keys and wallets are available in the spa reception and in the cardio gym
