Festive Hall 105 m2

The bright Festive Hall lends itself perfectly to seminars for up to 110 people, but also to concerts, balls, cocktail receptions and formal dinners. Its marble walls, historic frescos and stucco ceilings add elegance to any occasion. The arrangements for any event can be personalized since the spacious hall - equipped with all the necessary instrumentation and electronic equipment - allows maximum layout flexibility. The Festive Hall can also be used in conjunction with the Marble Hall located opposite.

Marble Hall 105 m2

The golden Marble Hall is a truly dreamlike location with its three majestic marble columns. Richly decorated arches, sumptuous wall mirrors and magnificent crystal chandeliers suspended from the ornately decorated vaulted ceiling are the crowning features of any event. For champagne brunches, dinners, cocktail parties or clubbings, the Marble Hall adds a golden touch to every moment.

An intimate salon with antique wood panelling, exceptional paintings and magnificent curtains, the cosy Salon Imperial can accommodate groups of up to 60. Ideal for exclusive dinners and – thanks to its good acoustics – seminars, meetings and press conferences in our conference hotel in Vienna.

Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
