Once you arrive at your platform, we ask that you please be patient and wait a few minutes for our transportation partners to arrive for you in one of our logo vans. (Up to 45 minutes depending on traffic)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Since August 1st 2022, the airport road will remain under maintenance by the state authorities, it will last aprox 18 months. All forms of transportation may increase their arrival time about 1 hour, such as airport-hotel and vice versa, so we appreciate your patience. We will do our best to continue to provide an efficient transfer, but above all safety, we recommend considering enough time to reach your destination. For reasons beyond the hotel's control, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
