Stretching over 800 square meters, the Conference Centre at Grosvenor House comprises an array of timeless venues, including the expansive 480-square-meter Windsor Ballroom. Accommodating up to 400 guests, it is an ideal choice for large conferences, gala dinners, dine and dance parties, exhibitions, cocktail receptions, weddings, and more. Meanwhile, our refined boardroom sets the scene for a successful meeting while syndicate rooms offer additional, more intimate options. Although the décor in all venues is a similar mix of sophisticated cream and chocolate hues, elegant furnishings, and warm lighting, accented by engaging modern art, two venues—Kew and Eton—also offer windows, with Eton boasting a terrace featuring Dubai Marina views.

With plush fittings, sophisticated comfort and an outdoor terrace, this multi-function meeting room accommodates 20 to 150 attendees in a variety of layouts.

Natural sunlight soaks the triangular table which dominates this boardroom. Fully equipped and tastefully decorated, the room can accommodate 15 guests.

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
