In keeping with Marriott’s Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
We have partnered with a Dubai Municipality approved disinfection company to further enhance our cleaning and sanitising practices.
Masks, gloves and hand sanitising stations have been installed at hotel entrances and food & beverage outlets.
Disinfection of guest rooms after guest check-out.
Disinfection process in place for all hotel vehicles.
Increase in pool water treatment and in monitoring frequency.
Dubai Municipality-approved chemicals for laundry at the recommended high temperature.
Separation screens in all reception desks, restaurants, spas, gyms and counters.
Hygiene kit in all rooms.
Ecolab performed a risk assessment and training for laundry and housekeeping staff with regards to chemical handling for COVID-19.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
