Impressive Wedding Venues

The Governor’s Ballroom is positioned on the north side of the property and boasts 5600 sq. ft! Its west exposure has ground to ceiling windows overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The Governor’s Lawn offers a spectacular setting for wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions and alfresco dinners. Complimenting this ballroom and on the south end of the resort is our Galleon Ballroom with an additional 2600 sq. ft ideal for cocktail receptions and welcome events.

Barefoot Beach Weddings

For those wishing to be wed in bare feet, we have two semi-private beach areas reserved for stunning wedding ceremonies. Walk down the aisle to our surreal ocean-facing gazebo, in our Beach South location, or exchange vows with ocean vistas as your backdrop in our tranquil Beach North location. Our Governor’s Lawn and Pool deck complete the beautiful selection of outdoor wedding venues, fit for groups of 10 to 350 guests.

Meetings

Plan your next meeting in the soothing, comforting setting of the Cayman Islands. Our conference facilities feature a total of seven breakout areas that can accommodate meetings of up to 400 participants. Or host your event in one of our two executive boardrooms, our Governor’s Ballroom, which can seat up to 650 theatre-style, our Galleon Ballroom, which can seat up to 300 theatre-style, or our spectacular outdoor settings. High Speed Internet Access is available in all meeting rooms. We also offer an on-site audiovisual staff and a creative conference/event services staff

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
