Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 3 feet or 1 meter from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. Marriott International takes standards of hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and we are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Our hotel has been working on implementing enhanced hygiene and cleaning protocols, including using advanced disinfectants, supporting social distancing, and mandating our associates to wear face coverings. We continue to follow local guidelines concerning guests wearing face masks in our hotel.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the hotel and in the guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, main lobby, restaurants and bars, gym, and provide more hand sanitizing dispensers.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on the directions given by the local authorities. As per local law, guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings.
  • Room Amenities: In-Room Dining and menus with a QR code information in order to reduce risks.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our hotel available to you while complying with local regulations. The modifications we have made include:

  • WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio (gym): Opens 24/7
  • Splash Operating Hours:
    • Monday to Thursday: 09:00AM to 06:00PM
    • Friday to Sunday: 08:00AM to 08:00PM
  • Swimming Pool Operating Hours: Daily; 6.00AM to 11.00PM
  • For Westin Club and Elite members:
    • The Westin Club Lounge (Level 3) is open daily from 06:00AM until 10:00PM
    • Private check-in and check-out services
    • Refreshment such as tea, coffee, juices and soft drink are served from 12.00PM to 4.30PM
    • Selected evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvre / snacks are served from 05:30PM to 08:30PM daily
    • Selected alcoholic beverages (wine and beer) are served during evening cocktail hours.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at our all-day dining The Living Room. The pool bar is also open for snacks and refreshments. All of our venues and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local laws and regulations. Our associates will serve buffets when available, and an À la carte menu is available. We also have replaced all paper menus with QR codes at each venue in order to minimize risks.

  • 6:00AM to 10:30PM for Dine-Ins, Takeaway and Delivery - The Living Room
  • Monday to Thursday: 09:00AM to 06:00PM | Friday to Sunday: 08:00AM to 08:00 PM - Splash Restaurant and Bar
