Mirror Cocktails
These are mirrored cocktails that are offered, with their visually identical mocktail version. Refreshing recipes based on yuzu or ginger, combined with the delicacy of vodka and Japanese gin in their cocktail version. Kyushu – aged sake, Roku gin, St Germain liqueur, passion and its non-alcoholic mirror: Kanto; or Hokkaido – Umeshu plum liqueur, champagne with sparkling water and its Okinawa mirror.
A Taste Journey
Chef Ryan Cho and Prince of Wales Akira Back and Chef Ken Takahashi from Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho worked together to create a short menu of dishes to share. As a starter, guests can discover Tuna Tacos or Rock Shrimp, and continue with the sushi tray of the Chefs or Chirashi Don. Coming straight from Tokyo, Chef Ken Takahashi offers Satsumaage – Tokyoite fish croquettes and Udon Kuwayaki – lamb chops, udon and vegetables.
An Art Deco Jewel
The beauty and elegance of the Patio's architecture, which has remained intact since its inauguration in 1929, are unique and protected by the 'Bâtiments de France' (the French architectural review board) as a historical monument. With a little imagination, you will be able to hear the echo of Chopin’s recitals. As you may know, the famous composer resided in the building that stood in place of the hotel and his apartment was located just above the current Patio.
