This Sonoran Desert-inspired room overlooks the restaurant's main hearth oven. Hosting groups up to 30 guests, the venue features beautiful details such as a glass bottle wall, helping to tell the story of the restaurant's beginnings while encouraging new stories to be created.

Verdigris Room

The perfect venue for celebrations up to 40 people, boasting floor to ceiling glass doors overlooking the patio and pools beyond, as well as beautiful barn doors closing off your party from the restaurant for a more intimate setting. A large, glass bottle wall and tall ceilings make the space feel open and inviting.

Private Dining - Sunset Room

The Sunset Room seats 40 guests and holds up to 65 for receptions, showcasing the resort’s spectacular mix of desert and tropical landscapes, complemented by the Valley’s breathtakingly colorful skies.

The Mountain View room at J&G Steakhouse accommodates 60 seated guests and up to 85 persons for cocktail parties, with a contemporary ambiance enhanced by the majestic, natural backdrop for which it is named.
