Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. SG CLEAN QUALITY MARK

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars, spa, gym, as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Housekeeping services: Daily turndown service with all staff members wearing PPE.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • Literature including magazines and books has been removed from rooms.
  • Disinfectant wipes provided in rooms.
  • MixBar - fully stocked before arrival.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

As we reopen our urban escape and commit to provide you with a safe environment, please take note of the opening hours of our facilities and kindly ensure to make a prior booking for usage of the facilities. Enquiries on facility availability and reservations may be made via our Welcome Desk upon check-in. All Safe Management Measures (SMMs) reflected below are in effect until further notice. 

AWAY® Spa | Daily, 10:00AM - 9:00PM 
Lose yourself in the rainforest design and setting of AWAY® Spa, illuminated with a decompression area, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, vitality pool and experiential shower facilities.

Walk-in appointments are welcome for all body and facial treatments; however, guests are encouraged to make a booking in advance. Only adults above the age of 18 are allowed to enter and use the AWAY® Spa facilities.

FIT (Gym) | Daily, 24 Hours
Get your pulse up and running at FIT, an energy-charged fitness centre filled with state-of-the-art machines by Technogym, free weights and equipment for cardio and strength training, kickboxing, and more. Only adults above the age of 18 are allowed to enter and use the gym facilities.

WET® (Pool) | Daily, 24 hours
Stay cool during the day or enjoy a refreshing dip to end the day in island paradise. 

Pool attendants are on duty from 9:00AM - 7:00PM.
Beverage service is available from 9:00AM - 7:00PM, while food service is available from 11:00AM - 7:00PM.

Access to the facilities at AWAY® Spa, FIT (Gym) and WET® (Pool) are exclusively for registered in-house guests, FIT (Gym) members or guests with prior appointment only.

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority and achieving this is a shared responsibility.

While Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) are no longer mandated, we urge our guests and associates to continue to exercise social responsibility and remain vigilant for the health and safety of everyone.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.

  • Lounge Access: Platinum Elite members and above can enjoy complimentary drinks during WOOBAR Social from 5 to 7PM. In compliance with local regulations to reduce risks of community transmission, all guests must be fully vaccinated in order to dine at the Resort's dining outlets.
  • Welcome Gift: Available, as per standard.
  • Late Check-Out: Subject to availability.
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Available, ID to be presented at Front Desk on arrival.
  • Mobile Key: Available, as per standard.
  • Mobile Dining: Not available.

The Resort is approved to receive visitors that have traveled to Singapore under the Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL).
