Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants and capacity limit in our elevators in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks. To offer less contact experience, we have our compendiums and faciality & rooms information available with QR codes for the guests to access.

To keep social distancing, check in and out timing is scheduled for each guest. Also to make the check in process easier, guests are requested to fill out pre-arrival form 3 days prior to their check in.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and door knobs as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also asked to wear personal face coverings while in the premises.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

We record guests temperature upon arrival and guests are required to fill health questionnaire to comply the local mandates.

Guests are asked to wear face masks while in the premises, use hand washing and sanitization upon arrival and wherever available.

  • All staff are required to report the body temperature and health condition before on the duty, and are recorded.
  • All staff are require to wear face masks when on duty, and on the way to/from work.
  • Hand sanitization spray is placed in the back of the house and staff are required to wash and sanitize their hands frequently.
  • On-line meetings are recommended and nonurgent business trips are restricted.
  • Staff are required to refrain from joining events or meetings where unspecified number of people gather.
  • Office layout was modified to keep social distancing.
