Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear face coverings based on direction by the local authorities. Appropriate disposable masks are also available to our guests upon request.
Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Room Amenities: Welcome amenities have been reconsidered and are in compliance with hygiene standards. Disinfectant wipes are available in the rooms for all arriving guests as well as upon request. The minibar is supplied with hygienic cups to-go and all minibar items are regularly disinfected.
Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We are offering daily housekeeping service for your guest room however, If you have any other specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
