Following the completion of the Park Wing building, we now have an expanded guest accommodation of more than 1,000 rooms. The luxury liner-inspired guest room of Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel offers an open view together with the relaxing atmosphere of a seaside resort. We also have rooms for guests who wish to stay with their family or dogs.
As a pet-friendly hotel, we are proud to have our Park Wing Dog-Friendly Room, designed to make your dog feel right at home. Amenities in this room include a dog bed, a toilet sheet, a mat with food bowls, and an in-room dining menu, especially for dogs.
Guests staying in a Japanese Suite can also reserve Yu-You, our private bathroom limited to Japanese Suite guests for free. Various Sheraton Club offers such as complimentary breakfast, free internet and access to Sheraton Club Lounge is available to our Japanese Suite guests.

The bath and toilet facilities are separate in the following rooms: Treasures Rooms, Grande Rooms, Park Wing Rooms, and Dog-Friendly Rooms.
Yukata and slippers are provided in all guest rooms.

There is a 24-hour smoking area in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel.

No, we do not. We count children aged seven or older as adults; therefore, you need to make a reservation for the number of persons, including these children. For children aged six or younger, you can share beds with them at no additional cost.
